Wine sail on the Rhône : between Saint-Joseph and Hermitage
Come and spend an unforgettable summer evening on board the « Canotiers » ! Sail the Rhône River between the Hermitage and Saint-Joseph hillsides on an elegant wooden boat and discover the scenic landscapes of these two appellations.
Enjoy a tasting of 3 wines (Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph and Hermitage) paired with a selection of local cheese, cold meats and bread. Children will be offered a local fruit juice.
Canotiers is eco-friendly built and allows you to feel close to the surrounding nature thanks to its two comfortable terraces at the bow and stern of the boat. Join us on this outstanding experience !
→ Reservations required. By appointment on the dates scheduled along the summer.
→ The wine sails are taking place one Thursday per month in May, June, July, August and September.
→ The boat will leave the dock at 7:30pm. Make sure to arrive no later than 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time as the boat will not wait.
→ Pets are not allowed on board.
→ The activity may be cancelled, modified or postponed in the event of inclement weather.

Cheese lovers ? This evening is for you ! Discover the wine and cheese pairing on an elegant wooden boat and discover the scenic landscapes of the appellations of Saint-Joseph and Hermitage.
Enjoy the comments of our wine expert who will talk about the pairings, the appellations, the terroir and others characteristics of the north of Rhône Valley.
Four wines will be paired with four local cheeses. You will have the chance to move through the boat and enjoy the different points of view. Children will be offered a local fruit juice.

Unsere Geschichte
Terres de Syrah, the wine tourism branch of Cave de Tain, is located at the center of the most famous appellations of The Rhone Valley: Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Cornas and Saint-Péray. Those are the pride of the region. With offices based in Tain l’Hermitage, our passionate team will take you to the top of the most beautiful French terraced vineyard.
Since 2016, we have been dedicated to sharing with you our knowledge of this great terroir, with simplicity and authenticity.
Our activities are available for all, beginners, wine lovers or experts.
Cellar tour, winetasting, hike in the vineyard, segway or e escooter, aperitif along the Rhone river, tasting lessons… Everything is possible!
We’ll know how to welcome you and put the wine at everyone’s reach!

Une belle activité qui s\'est conclue par une dégustation intéressante. Je recommande

Bel après-midi avec cette dégustation. J ai découvert quelques subtilités, des régions, et des nouvelles saveurs. A approfondir pour une meilleure connaissance lors d autres séances merci aussi pour l accueil de notre hôtesse .
Réservation d\'un tour de segway de 2h, transformé en un tour de 1h30 faute de participants et une bouteille de vin en compensation, ok. Mais au final le tour n\'a fait qu\'une heure... J\'espère une vraie compensation vu le prix de départ ! On réserve 2h, puis on est ok pour 1h30 et au final on a 1 heure sans explication. Personne ne sait le pourquoi du comment. Dommage parce que l\'encadrant du segway est très bien et la personne qui s\'occupe de la dégustation nous a réservé un excellent accueil.
Magnifique ballade en trottinette nous n avons pas vu le temps passé. 2eme partie dégustation de nombreuses explications et nous avons découvert des vins que nous ne connaissions pas .ravie de la prestation dans sa totalité.
