Très beau domaine, accueil très chaleureux et visite très sympathique. Malheureusement très déçu par la dégustation des vins… pour des bouteilles à 100€ (dernier vin dégusté) je trouve qu’il n’y a pas assez de complexité et de longueur en bouche. Bien sûr, ça n’empêche pas que le travail soit (très) bien fait mais beaucoup trop cher pour le résultat.

Une visite organisée dans le cadre d\'un tour de différents châteaux sur un week-end. Nous avons choisi le château La Gaffeliere en dernier pour finir sur une valeur sûre et nous nous sommes pas trompés. Noela a été très accueillante et à su répondre à toutes nos questions (et y en avait beaucoup). La visite était très intéressante et la degustion aussi. Nous sommes ravi de cette visite. Nous savons déjà que nous reviendrons d\'ici quelques années pour faire découvrir ce château à d\'autres personnes.

Best winery tour experience I have had! Thomas was great fun and very knowledgeable having spent time in all aspects of the technical production. Avoid the herding of the prearranged bus tours from Bordeaux and opt for the small group experience at Chateaux la Gaffeliere, you will not be disappointed!

We went to visit Château La Gaffelière, with the tasting of four wines and we loved it. Andréa received us very well and throughout the visit she was extremely friendly and enlightening. We enjoyed the visit and wines so much that we bought some bottles to be delivered by the Château itself, in Lisbon. One of the best Château’s in Saint Emilion. We have already visited some of the best Quintas / Château’s in Portugal, Austria and France (Bordeaux area) and Andréa has been by far the best hostess to date.

Andrea was our guide and she was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and humorous. We had a wonderful private tour and we would highly recommend it.

The guided tour was really good quality and interesting. Also, the tasted wines were a good introduction of the winery.

We had a great time with our wine visit - Andrea was a VERY interactive, professional, polite and fun person to lead us through the chateau history, vineyards, operations, and tastings. The overall experience was a lot of fun - the wine value is fantastic - and I highly recommend both the wine and the experience. Definitely making room for more in my wine room!

Outstanding winery and property. Two of the wines we tasted were - even if still young - fantastic and for sure will have a great potential. We are curious to drink them after 5 years snd later. The guide we had (Andréa) was very experienced and helpful. We could ask many questions and had them all answered very professionally.

Bonne présentation du domaine par l\'arbre généalogique, les cartes, approche des vignes, du chai. Personnel agréable Bonne dégustation des 4 vins, peut-être un peu rapide. Point négatif : pour l\'achat d\'une bouteille 1er vin à 80 euros l\'emballage insuffisant, juste une feuille de papier, je pense qu\'un emballage carton serait plus qualitatif.

We had a wonderful visit, really impressed with the tour and fabulous to be able to taste the top wines. Would like to extend extra thanks as I made a mistake with the timing of our appointment and even though we were 15 minutes late, we were really well accommodated and welcomed. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Very interesting visit. Good explanations. The guide was very professional and friendly,. I recommend the visit to everyone who want to learn about wine or just have a good experience. The wines of the tasting session not only are they really good but also they are an opportunity to compare different styles of wines.

Trop de temps passe dans la salle d’acceuil. L’explication de l’histoire de la famille est beaucoup trop longue. Il faut aussi que la personne faisant la visite prenne en charge la gestion du temps et me reste pas bloquee dans la salle d’acceuil a repondre a une multitude de questions (dont la plupart etees tres evidentes).

It was a great introduction to Chateau La Gaffeliere\'s history and approach to making their wines. All of their wines were delicious and the facilities were beautiful. Highly suggested.

Four of us traveled from South Carolina, US in July and toured the Bordeaux region. One of our favorite tour and tasting was at Chateau la Gaffeliere. Lana Yanakieva is a very fine host and guide and we enjoyed our conversation with her. All four of us agreed the wines were excellent.

Nous étions avec un guide du nom de Mathieu avec qui nous avons passé un excellent moment. Personne très accueillante qui nous à fait découvrir le domaine tout en répondant à nos questions. La dégustation était très bien et nous avons découvert un vin d'une excellente qualité. Je recommande très largement la visite privée

J'aurais aimé un commentaire plus exhaustive sur le processus, le difference par rapport à d'autres vins du meme domain ( comment un certainb chateau se distingue par rapport aux autres?). Egalement, par rapport à la degustation, j'aurais aimee un comemntaire plus detaillee des carachteristiques du vin par rapport à l'autre e aux charachteristiques du terrain.
