Château Chatain

Onze geschiedenis

Château Chatain, in the Lalande de Pomerol appellation, has been producing wines since 1750. The La Guéronnière family takes care of these vines since 1928, making them the 3rd family owner of its land.
Château Chatain produces the same wine for 50 years. Having become a reference for wine in the region in the 1960s, Chatain practices a blend, that is to say the distribution of grape varieties is the same proportion in the vineyard as one finds in the bottle. Come and discover wine making as it was in the good old days, authentic and quaint.
