“IN OUR NATURE” TOUR
The tour begins in the vineyard, where you get a 360° view of the winery. Discover the natural cycle of the vine, organic and biodynamic vineyard practices in the company of our Fleur de Lisse ambassador. Then visit the cellar to find out the winemaking and aging processes that transform grapes into wine. Finish with an expert-led tasting of four of our vintages. This special, sensory introduction to our wine makes for a truly enjoyable experience.
Tasting of 3 wines, including Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. Food and Wine pairing: a selection of mature cheeses are served with this tasting.
For tours in Spanish or German, if the guide is not available that very day, tour will be done in English.
Exhibition Barthélémy Toguo “Chroniques du vivant” From 5 May to 30 September 2023
In partnership with the BAD+ in Bordeaux, Barthélémy Toguo is exhibiting works specially designed for the Château Fleur de Lisse from 5 May to 30 September 2023. This unique event is curated by Constance Rubini, Director of the Museum of Decorative Arts and Design in Bordeaux. Château Fleur de Lisse welcomes Barthélémy Toguo for a new exhibition. The Franco-Cameroonian artist addresses a theme that is dear to him: that of ecology and the earth. The earth, the nourishing mother, echoes the terroir of Saint-Emilion.

THE JADE EXPERIENCE
This is perfect for wine enthusiasts who are looking for a behind the scenes tour. Learn about our philosophy, methods and the wine ecosystem that we hold dear… Step into the winemaker’s shoes, in the company of our Fleur de Lissse ambassador, as you discover the terroir. You will examine both the vine and the soil. In the winery you learn about the work and challenges involved with winemaking and aging. This is an exclusive visit: it varies with the seasons, schedule and work of the winemaker.
A compared tasting of wine from the cask and from the amphora is included. You then taste four wines, including Château Fleur de Lisse and Fontfleurie, our Saint-Emilion Grands Crus. A gourmet selection is served with this tasting.

OENOLOGIE WORKSHOP
Ruby red hue, black fruit aromas, melted tannins? Whether you’re an experienced wine lover or a curious newcomer, let us guide you to awaken your senses! After a tour of Château Fleur de Lisse’s chais, this workshop will introduce you to the specific vocabulary and essential steps of wine tasting. White and red wines are tasted through an interactive process. Another approach to the basics of tasting!
The workshop includes a visit of the winery, the entertaining discovery of aromas and flavors and the tasting of 3 wines. By reservation only.

WINE TASTING AND MORE
Want to get to the essence of our wines? Sit down at our tasting counter and take part in a commented presentation of our organic and biodynamic vineyards. Your host will use interactive maps for you to discover the main aspects of our terroirs. While discussing the topics, taste two wines that are emblematic of our know-how in Saint-Emilion and Bordeaux. With our without reservation, during boutique’s opening hours.
This includes a commented tasting of 2 wines from our estates Château La Loubière and Château Fleur de Lisse.

The Wine bar
Open from Monday to Wenesday from 10am to 6pm and from Thursday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm.
Served by the glass, the different vintages of Vignobles Jade, ranging from Bordeaux to Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, offer a range of tastes and colours, complemented by a range of locally produced organic juices and softs as well as formulas of Iberian charcuterie and mature cheeses. The outdoor areas, where a petanque court has been laid out, are designed to allow guests to savour the French art de vivre. A seasonal events programme punctuates the year for a lively place, including some evenings.
Boutique
A lovely boutique offers the wide range of Vignobles Jade wines: Château Fleur de Lisse, Bien-Aimée de Fleur de Lisse, Château l’Etampe, Fontfleurie, Château La Loubière and Loup de la Loubière (red, rosé and white). Discover the olive oil Oli AOP Les Guarrigues produced in our family estate of Cuadrat Valley in Catalogna, Spain, as well as a selection of sommelier tools and art de vivre items.
Vignobles Jade gathers the Teycheney family-owned estates, settled on the right bank of Bordeaux since 1850. Château Fleur de Lisse is their newest emblem that inaugurates a tasting room, elegant boutique and several ways to receive guests in a cosy way.

I think that it was our guide’s first tour in English. She did really well and gave off a real love of wine and a great deal of pride in what the vineyard is trying to do. She obviously thinks Fleur de Lisse is brilliant

Une superbe visite…un lieu très élégant où rien n’est laissé au hasard…c’est sobre …c’est beau et c’est techniquement impressionnant…. Le tout avec un guide passionné ,Paul, qui a su nous faire aimer ce vignoble et les vins remarquables ..un très très bon moment !!!!
