The Road des Châteaux bring you in the Médoc between the Pointe de Grave and the North of Bordeaux. This exceptional terroir owns prestigious Grands Crus Classés of Bordeaux and also a lot of Crus Bourgeois. Gorgeous vineyards are expecting you such as the prestigious Château Margaux and great appellations of Crus Bourgeois such as Listrac and Moulis. You can stride this itinerary by car or bike! The Route du Patrimoine located in the right bank of the Dordogne, will make you discover its millennium vineyards such as Fronsac, Côtes de Castillon, Côtes de Francs including the famous vineyard of Saint-Emilion and its beautiful medieval village classified to UNESCO world heritage. The Route des Coteaux crossing the two wine-growing areas of Côtes de Bourg and Côtes de Blaye and its lovely and hilly landscapes above the Gironde. Beautiful cities of Gauriac, Plassac and Bayon represent the opportunity to admire remains of gallo-roman Villas and also roman churches while tasting delicious red fruity and rich wines!
The Route des Graves going from Langon to the south of Bordeaux to Landes forests. The Route des Bastides lead you in the most largest wine-growing area of the Bordeaux region, in the Entre-deux-Mers, between the Dordogne and the Garonne. Through the fortified bastides and many abbeys, you will discover great appellations such as Cadillac and Loupiac for the sweet white wines.
